It was such a nice experience coming into this shop! I was driving on Hwy 70 when my car malfunctioned, and I was desperate so I just went to the closest auto shop that my map showed. It turned out to be the best possible outcome to come here! I received the best and most helpful service; within 10 minutes of me walking in the shop and handing them my keys, the problem was figured out, and I had a price. They were very knowledgeable and described the problem very well, even offered other solutions. 10/10 customer service and such nice people work there. As a college student, the student discount helped out so much on the price as well. After the work, I can definitely say my car has never ran better! Thank you guys, you were awesome.

CT was the only shop that would look at my car right on the spot to found what the problem was even though you fix one thing right after the other even though the nightmare eclipse has been there for a year almost coming up I'm not upset just sucks that car needs all these repairs but would recommend to anyone.

I was referred by a tech at Jiffy Lube due to an issue with my car (long story short, it looks like the fellas at Walmart who changed my oil last didn't know what to do with my oil filter cover and it was really, really stripped and stuck on), and the team at CT Automotive & Cycle really did me a solid. They got me in right away, found the parts, and they were also incredibly kind, helpful, honest, and good (despite being down a tech!). I come from a car family and I can say these are the kinds of guys you can trust, who are knowledgeable, and who want to help you. I know I'll be willing to drive to the opposite side of town just to stick with them next time.
