  • To perform high quality repair service at a fair and just price.
  • To have a sense of personal obligation to each customer.
  • To recommend the services, repairs and maintenance to the car owners that are necessary to maintain the vehicle in safe working order.
  • To use only products which are safe and provide service that equals or exceeds that recommended by the vehicle's manufacturer.
  • To service and repair the vehicles in a timely manner and to keep the customer informed of any and all changes including completion times.
  • To give the best customer service possible and, in the case of any disputes, to provide a prompt and amicable resolution.
  • To ensure that my entire staff conducts themselves in a professional manner and in keeping with the high standards of the automotive industry.
  • To notify the customer if appointments or completion promises cannot be kept.

Thomas and the staff at CT automotive are top notch. We take both our cars there because Thomas is an honest guy with a lot of expertise and he's going to give it to you straight. They worked on my Subaru recently and they did a great job. They told me what to expect going forward and had kept me updated throughout the process. I highly recommend CT Auto for your cars needs. I've been coming to CT Automotive for about 3 months now. In that time, I've had about 4 repairs done ranging from putting on headlights and side mirror to radiator service. Mike at the front has always been really nice and thorough when explaining what my car needs. They also helped me with a ride to my house while I waited for my car. Overall, the cost of services is a bit on the pricey side if you choose to use their parts, but they will also install customer provided parts, which is a huge plus. Service is always friendly and the work done on my car has always been reliable! CT Automotive is always my first choice for car repairs

They really did me a huge favor by taking time out of their busy schedule to help me with my car problems. He was super informative 40 solved the problem and didn't just make something up get my money. I will definitely come back to the shop if I'm ever again in the area and need work done.
